• Knees are Slightly Bent
• Shoulders are Up & Remain Level
• Arms are Out Front & Form a "Horseshoe" Shape
 
(Motion)
 
• Looking Forward
• Coil Right - Weight Transfers to Inside of Right Foot
• Uncoil to Center
• Coil Left - Weight Transfers to Inside of Left Foot
• Uncoil to Center

II. BODY & ARM COIL ( . . . SAME as "Body Coil" . . . EXCEPT:)

• Arms are Out Front & Form a "U" Shape

• Starting Up & to the Right --- Both Arms Follow an Infinity Sign () Path

III. CONTINUOUS GROUNDSTROKE (With a Racquet)
 
(Position)
 
• Feet are Planted (under the shoulders)
• Shoulders are Up & Level
• Right-Handed "Ready" Position

• Head Remains Stationary
• Start the Forehand Backswing with a Loop
• The Arm Follows an Infinity Sign () Path
• The Racquet Head goes all the way BACK & DOWN before each FH/BH forward motion begins
